our internet went down about 10:15 a.m. yesterday morning, we called an hour later to see if it was just our problem or the whole area, customer service said they were "working on it" and should be up and running smoothly by 6 pm, I was checking all day, but nothing...however, finally at 8:45 the box had a green light back on it, and bingo, we were both so happy to see that little green light LOL!
