HOW TO STAY YOUNG

1. Try everything twice. On Madam's tombstone (of Waylon and Madam) she said she wanted this epitaph: 'Tried everything twice...loved it both times!'



2. Keep only cheerful friends. The grouches pull you down. (Keep this in mind if you are one of those grouches.)

3. Keep learning: Learn more about the computer, crafts, gardening, whatever. Never let the brain get idle. 'An idle mind is the devil's workshop.' And the devil's name is Alzheimer's!



4. Enjoy the simple things.


5. Laugh often, long and loud. Laugh until you gasp for breath... And if you have a friend who makes you laugh, spend lots and lots of time with HIM/HER.

6. The tears happen: Endure, grieve, and move on. The only person who is with us our entire life, is ourselves. LIVE while you are alive.


7. Surround yourself with what you love: Whether it's family, pets, keepsakes, music, plants, hobbies, whatever.
Remember: Your home is your refuge.

8. Cherish your health: If it is good, preserve it. If it is unstable, improve it. If it is beyond what you can improve, get help. You are worth it!


9. Don't take guilt trips. Take a trip to the mall, even to the next county, to a foreign country, but NOT to where the guilt is.

10. Tell the people you love that you love them, at every opportunity.

11. Forgive now those who made you cry. You might not get a second time.

I adore my children who are in college, and new parents to my lovely grand daughter.
They are all the joys in my life. I have had various careers over the years but none as rewarding.
Anyone who knows me knows I love photography, and cheering on my children in the sporting events and lives.

My family and friends are very important to me.

The ocean is always a place of serenity and relaxation. I love where we live but enjoy being at the ocean as well.

I think we're lacking hero's on the whole,anyone has the potential to becoming a hero by their actions,lifestyle,and what they do that make a difference. Our soldiers, police,fireman, emts,Drs and teachers should get more recognition for what they do.Role models are important, people like Oprah,Al Gore,George Clooney, Brad Pitt,Angelina Jolie, and a few more stands out right now. Those who try and make a difference in our world, how we think, live, and use their talents, abilities, power, and finances to better our world are going to leave the most impact on us as a society and possibly help others to do the same. Role models and leadership are essential to help turn our country and world around.

With this year an election year and everyone looking for who will bring the change we need. I think the first change must come from within. We all need to see each other as the same spiritual beings that we are,and stop looking to race, gender, or any other prejudice that has held us back from seeing each other with the sameness and respect we should. We need to get over ourselves and see that past our skin and age and gender ,our souls are the same, our desires, and drop any other agenda's and make this election about who is the right person for the right reasons. If you truly want change start with your own rational. We should all be on the same page for the betterment of our country and world.

negative people,annoying, loud,obnoxious can take it elsewhere. I dont have time or patience for that
