<p><font size="2"><font face="comic sans ms,sans-serif"><a href="http://www.dreamies.de/" mce_href="http://www.dreamies.de/" title="dreamies.de" target="_blank">dreamies</a> have a few image editors for creating comments. I don't know much about them but if you're creative it's probably worth your time to take a look. Lunapic is more automated like PhotoBucket but dreamies do offer a few nice drawing, editing tools. Below is a screenshot of the programs. Lots of great features there.</span></p>
