Officer Hickey: K-9 To Be Purchased Through Crowdfunding For Retired Officer
After Officer Hickey was told that he couldn't purchase his K-9 partner Ajax for $1 as usual, a crowdfunding effort raised the money to keep the pair together.

A retired police officer in Ohio has started a crowdfunding campaign to help him purchase his K-9 partner, according to FOX News. Officer Matthew Hickey of the Marietta Police Department retired last week and has been partnered with police dog Ajax for four years.
