As some of you have already hear Simplyserenty found a way for us to get our autoplay using chrome' Thank You SimplySerenty...
Here are the directions she gave
Go to
chrome://flags/#autoplay-policy
change auto play to no user gester is required
then scroll down to bottom right and click launch
Your autoplay is back. "This is a repost"

Not tried it yet..what is nbsp and do you get your new code from the first new code..in otherwords do you take the first code then go to Tools for nobs ...then do your directions somewhere where it has the settings including Auto play. Jean (coffee_time)

Maybe I'm just dumb today, but I don't understand those directions at all. It looks like some secret code or... ?
