Evening  a beautiful day was in the 40's I went to walmart then toko a friend for lunch.Tomorrow they say another nice day but with rain., hope you day was good have a good night.

Still struggeling but i am 

slowley getting there. 

They say it is a long 

road for me. 

Going to rehab for my heart 

and constant blood work 

and Mri.
