Time for Renewal... and a little cold plunge!Message from the Angels
My dear friends, we love you so very much,
As many of you celebrate your season of renewal and resurrection, we celebrate with you. You are all capable of renewing your life and resurrecting your spirit, no matter the condition of your mind, body, and emotions, regardless of the circumstances around you. Whether you are twenty or ninety, it is possible to renew your vitality. Whether you are rich or poor, you can resurrect yourself into abundance. Whether you are happy or miserable, you can resurrect even greater joy and passion for life.
It is our deep desire that each of you allow Divine love to help renew your joy, your abundance, your health, your happiness, and your sense of well-being. Life is always "lifing." Love is always flowing. And, as you tap into this endless stream of vibrant, pure, loving energy from the Source, everything in your life will take a turn for the better.
Renewal is possible, dear ones, even when you can't imagine the way. Resurrection is possible even when you feel discouraged or beaten down. In every given moment, you have an opportunity to allow the endless stream of life to flow to you and through you once again, and in that stream's flow, all things are indeed made new.
The thing that makes you feel helpless or hopeless at times is often simply not knowing how to "fix" an undesirable condition in your mind, heart, or life. You are grieving and don't know how you'll ever feel good again. You've lost your company or an investment and have no idea how to recoup the money at "this age." You've had a string of challenging relationships and find it hard to believe you could have a good one. You feel like your "ship has sailed," "the opportunity has passed," or "it has never worked in the past," and so, dear ones, it is very easy to give up on what you truly want.
We understand this mindset. We understand how compelling 3D reality is. If you operate in 3D reality while not knowing you are governed by the energetic reality, then it can seem hopeless to hope and difficult to dream. However, now you know better than you did in the past. Now you know that your energy affects what you attract. Now you know that the previous failed relationships probably started out with a need to improve upon self-worth, and after the first not-so-great partner, your focus on that one attracted the next, and so forth.
However, now you know differently. You can focus on things that feel happy. You can focus on friendships that are beautiful. You can focus on a loving relationship with your dog or cat, and in doing any of these things, you emanate a vibration compatible with good relationships and will attract more. Many of you argue with us. "I haven't found a good one yet!" you say. We know you're telling the truth. We have great compassion. We gently remind you to relax and allow the universe to bring you your partner. We remind you to think about it with anticipation and to celebrate love wherever you find it in your life. Live in love, dear ones, and then however you want love to come your way, it will.
The more you focus on what feels good to you, the more you allow the stream of Divine love to carry you towards what you want and what you want towards you. The more you doubt, the more you operate without this stream of life's renewing power.
If you feel uncomfortable in your body, by all means, do what you know to do, but then sit quietly each day, if only for 5-10 minutes, and intend to receive love. Breathe. Listen to some beautiful music if you like, and let your heart soar. Walk comfortably in your imagination. Remember times you felt good in as much detail as possible, or if you prefer, quiet your mind and simply focus on the breath. As you release your focus on the problem, even for such small periods of time, you will allow the healing stream to renew your cells and remind the new ones being born of their perfection. All things are possible with God dears ones, but to enter the healing stream you must allow yourself to feel as good as you can feel given what is going on in you or around you.
There is never any judgment in the heavens against you. There is only great compassion and a strong desire on our part to entice you to notice things that feel more and more like love. We always strive to help you enter this beautiful, healing, uplifting, abundant stream of love and life that will renew anything in need of renewal in your lives. Sit with us, dear ones, not for our sake, not for the sake of being holy or pleasing God, but because it gives you an opportunity to receive the renewing life force, the love of God, that can indeed resurrect anything you like in your mind, heart, emotions, or life.
You are loved beyond anything you can possibly imagine, without condition, and this stream of love flows eternally, just waiting for you to receive its grace. Relax into it. Receive.

A holy man was having a conversation with the Lord one day and said, “Lord, I would like to know what Heaven and Hell are like.”
The Lord led the holy man to two doors.
He opened one of the doors and the Holy man looked in.
In the middle of the room was a large round table. In the middle of the table was a large pot of stew, which smelled delicious and made the holy man's mouth water.
The people sitting around the table were thin and sickly. They appeared to be famished. They were holding spoons with very long handles that were strapped to their arms and each found it possible to reach into the pot of stew and take a spoonful. But because the handle was longer than their arms, they could not get the spoons back into their mouths.
The holy man shuddered at the sight of their misery and suffering.
The Lord said, “You have seen Hell.”
They went to the next room and opened the door.
It was exactly the same as the first one. There was the large round table with the large pot of stew which made the holy man's mouth water. The people were equipped with the same long-handled spoons, but here the people were well nourished and plump, laughing and talking.
The holy Man said, “I don't understand.”
“It is simple,” said the Lord. “It requires but one skill. You see, they have learned to feed each other, while the greedy think only of themselves.”
“Remember this, when Jesus died on the cross, he was thinking of you.”

An Easter Poem
On the Third Day — by Margaret Wideyke
As pale streaks of coral open The closed, dark, nighttime skies, Two women trudge the dusty road That leads to the place where He lies.
Bring burial spices, they enter, Subdued by all that happened before. As they near the tomb they remember The rock that blocks the door.
But when they reach the site, The rock stands at one side, And within, an angel dressed in white Speaks of their Lord who was crucified.
“This is the place where they laid Him, But He is not here. He is not dead. Carry the word to His friends: He has risen as He said.”
Joyful, astonished, afraid to believe, For a moment, they stand paralyzed. Then they rush to report what the angel said As the glorious sun is on the rise.
This week, the angels remind us of our eternal existence, how finite worries cause stress, how we can enjoy the journey, and how being present is a powerful place. I'll share my thoughts, a little dip out of the present, and how it has strengthened my resolve to be there more often! Tips are included as always :)

We are eternal beings...Message from the Angels
My dear friends, we love you so very much,
Try for a moment to imagine an existence without end. All your goals now would be replaced with new ones... for eternity. All plans you make now will be fulfilled or replaced by others. All experiences you have would satisfy or not, and new desires would arise. All you have lost will be found. And this would continue forever.
For some of you, that sounds incredibly exciting! You can see so many possibilities. You have so many chances to experience joy. For others of you it sounds like an endless journey through hell. Wherever you are now will define how you feel about eternity, for one simple reason — your future is based on what you are attracting now. The good news is that you can change your vibration at any time.
You all exist for eternity. You never end. Your lives come and go. Your bodies come and go. The roles you play with and for one another begin and end. But you don't end. You exist forever. You have forever to do everything you desire. You have forever to learn what you want to learn. You have forever to experience all that you wish. What you don't do in one life, you can do in another. What you don't accomplish in this dimension, you may choose to try in another.
Can you imagine your endlessness?
All the stress upon your planet arises from the feeling of a finite existence. You fear death as if it is an end or a diminishment, but instead, it is an expansion into greater awareness.
You fear missing your deadlines or opportunities, not realizing opportunity will cycle to you repeatedly, if not in one form, then in another.
You fear loss, not yet knowing that there is no end to a relationship once set in motion. Only the two involved get to define the dance as you weave yourselves through eternity.
You fear not being "enough" when you already are, and always have been, and always will be, even as you expand into more.
The single root cause of all stress is feeling finite.
The single root cure for all anxiety is to reconnect with your Souce, with love, in any way you choose to do it.
Right here, right now, you can embrace your eternalness by enjoying this moment. Look around. What can you find enjoyable now? It is a human tendency to do your utmost to rush through undesirable moments in an attempt to find better ones, but you can't do it. It goes against vibrational law.
You can't hurry up and heal to feel better if you can't find something to feel better about now.
You can hurry up and rush to abundance from a feeling of lack. You have to find something to feel abundant about now.
You can't hurry up and find a partner to calm your loneliness. You have to grant yourself some way to tune into the better feelings you desire right here and now.
You can't hurry up your kids or spouse to help them feel better so you can feel better. You have to feel good about something now if you are to be of service to them.
Now, dear ones, is where all your power exists. Now is where you tune into love or something else. What you tune into now, starts to attract more of that later. As you tune into the same things you see now and again and again, you get more of them. As you tune into the best feeling you can find here and now, you start to attract better.
Now is where it all begins. Now is where your future begins. Now is where your new opportunities begin. Now is when you start to aim toward love again. Now is where you point yourself towards abundance. Now, dear ones is all you have. You've heard it a gazillion times. The past is gone, except insofar as you focus upon it. The future is not yet here except insofar as your focus right now. Now, dear ones is where to place your focus.
You can, of course, enjoy your thoughts of the past now, and in this present moment, your enjoyment will draw more of that to you.
You can learn from your past, and in this moment, celebrate your new wisdom with appreciation, and you will attract what your wiser self now focuses upon.
You can think of something you anticipate in the future and you will attract that to you to the degree you allow for it, with joy.
But now, dear ones, no matter where you place your attention is where you will find your connection with the universe. Now, whatever you think about, you are attracting into your life. Wherever you point your focus in space/time, the feelings caused by your thoughts will tell you what you are attracting. Your vibration is always what matters most.
We must repeat that. Your vibration matters most. Your vibration is what attracts. The topic is irrelevant. If your crop of apples makes you feel abundant, while thinking of losing money does not then think about your abundant crop of apples often. As a result, you will attract abundance in all areas of life. If you feel lonely thinking of years without a partner, celebrate feelings of camaraderie and love with your dog, avoid thoughts that make you feel lonely, and you'll attract a loyal partner.
You are learning to treat yourself more often as the eternal, vibrational beings that you truly are.
Right here, right now, as you journey through eternity, grant yourself permission to find something to feel good about. We do understand that there is plenty to feel upset about but if you challenge yourself, in this moment, to find something to feel good about, you can find it. It may not be what you want to change right now, but if you can shift your vibration frequently, you will shift your reality.

Sorry I have not been here often but finally got a
doctor and now playing catch up with tests. The apt building that I am in has been doing projects that were slated but not able to do them because of covid. It has be a overwhelming year to say the least
"Without really realizing it, Annette had become one of America’s
first recording teen idols even though she wasn’t really a teenager and
had simply been marketed as one. To adolescent boys who bought her sheet
music just to get her image in color she was the girl next door. Her
songs featured her singing the melody calmly without a lot of scat
singing or interpolation and then the incredible backing musicians would
cut loose whenever possible and jazz up the record. She was a quick
study and learned to keep to the melody or bend it a little to fit the
complex orchestrations but she never considered her work to be of the
significant merit of a real musician such as Connee Boswell of the
Boswell Sisters, a prominent contemporary of Annette.
By sticking
as much as possible to recording and minimizing her personal appearances
and not appearing on Broadway or in the movies, Annette developed an
aura of mystery about herself. In her recordings one can hear that she
is being urged to put more emotion into her vocals but they come across
as laid-back, as if the music swirling around her in all directions
doesn’t concern her at all. The laid-back sound was hot in the later
twenties and early thirties and it is no accident that the number one
male recording star was seemingly easy-going Bing Crosby and the number
one female recording star for a time was Annette."
