Evening  such a rotten day

snow since last night., then rain today  now ice storm tonight., the roads are a sheet of ice.

We moved to the DFW area over 20 years ago.  We grew up in South Texas, in Alice, near Corpus Christi.  They were 80° yesterday.  I had only seen snow where I lived twice in my life before we moved here.  Today the dogs have been laying on their big bed on the patio in the warm sunshine.  Even though it is in the lo 40's they are protected from the wind on the patio.
