The "featured member" is something the Boomer staff does at the first of each month, they choose different pages to feature, some members turn in their friends or just pages of members in a message to the staff, they think have a great looking page. I do believe the members have to be an active member of Boomers for at least 6 months... I like to go see pages that I haven't seen, this is a good way to do it, so I send congratulations to that person..
