Sending Some Caturday Peace And Love Cats sleep 12 to 16 hours a day. They nap many times during the day. Cats are naturally most awake during twilight hours. You might find they sleep more during the middle of the day. With That Said,I'm Going To Go Take A Cat-Nap...
