Oh  wow my  mom   made the greatest  fried chicken. I wish I could have it.  I have made it  but it just isn't the same,but it's  close.

Mexican right now, Ham on Sunday...

Hey! Just a heads up that on Good Friday my family and I don’t eat meat we stick to fish instead. It’s something we’ve always done as a tradition. I hope you really enjoy your ham though, it sounds like it’ll be a great meal! Maybe we can catch up after and you can tell me how it turned out.

Hi Bobby, Good to see you.  It's going to be ham for me too. 

Actually nothing,LOL.  My son is working  doubles Saturday & sunday so we are going to go out to eat  on Monday.  I  really cannnot  be  cooking  a big  dinner at this time  because I have  Carpol Tunnel so I have to try and use my hands not too much. Ham sounds  good, maybe they will have it at the restraunt.  hugs  LV B XXOO
