Hey! Just a heads up that on Good Friday my family and I don’t eat meat we stick to fish instead. It’s something we’ve always done as a tradition. I hope you really enjoy your ham though, it sounds like it’ll be a great meal! Maybe we can catch up after and you can tell me how it turned out.
Actually nothing,LOL. My son is working doubles Saturday & sunday so we are going to go out to eat on Monday. I really cannnot be cooking a big dinner at this time because I have Carpol Tunnel so I have to try and use my hands not too much.
