As it should be, who can take better care of you than you....I have learned from my son,certain things I should put in my body and I m still learning...it's amazing the things when you focus and put your mind to do exactly that....you are never too old to learn! Sp gp for it!!

Monday and Tuesday our heat index was 109° That snowball would melt before it got to me. hehehe Our local Fox weatherman always puts up a chart as to what time of day you can walk your dog and when it is too hot for the pads of their feet. By 10 am lately it is almost too hot and don't even thing about it by noon. We usually start the day at 80° but today we had a cool breeze for me to finally mow the grass.
