Afernoon nice day 60's., I just went for coffee with the ladies.,
then home couldn't decide what i wanted for lunch or dinner., so had a plan peanut butter sandwich.., hope you are having a great Tuesday., see you in the morning.,
I tend to have a need to walk outside barefoot from time to time, I didn't know there was a name for it, "grounding" ...I do know that I feel it deep inside when I have walked barefoot on the earth and so much better..(not inside my house though) do you have something you do to help you feel "grounded" Bobby?
