Afternoon   my friend., getting  ready for a big snow storm this weekend., there saying 18 inches to 2 feet.i hope not., already hired someone to shovel.,  am feeling a little better today  my pressure is low, they keep taken it every time its lower.   the store are so crowded  ..  hope your having a good day., see you in the morning ..

Getting ready for the supposed winter storm coming this way. Won't know till tomorrow sometime what to expect in the way of snow. In the mean time making some comfort food in the cast iron pot to last the next few days, good music set up and an adult beverage to keep warnm with or share if anyonw should stop by. Afternoon. my friend  sorry about no comments last night

Monday night I woke up sick., Tuesday i went to physcial therpay

and had to leave, got sick had to stop the session, came home got ginger ale and crackers  went to bed.

today i feel a little better., not great., very cold here in the minus
