A stormy Monday yesterday. Not rain but a personal experience. On those bad days I play cello music because I used to play a cello when I was younger. It is calming and relaxing for me. I hope you have such music for those days to help you recover. Tonight I am watching the baseball all star game. A St. Louis Cardinal player won the home run derby for the first time last night.
