I'm just glad it's back. At least they send notifications now...even when there is any kind of outage. I used to have to go to their site on my phone to see what the problem was.

Yes, that is what usually happens for me also, but this is an upgrade, not an update. They are doing an overhaul on their internet service. The notification said it would be an 8 hour window of work time, but it started last night and I just got it back a bit ago. Hopefully they are done and I don't lose it again...it's torture lol!
