So sorry I have not been around this week for a visit! It was a busy week with computer problems but hope the worst is behind me now!

I had a very bad night last night Ally, I don't know why, I haven't been doing anything! I tossed and turned with the pain, couldn't find a way to lay that I didn't hurt,  I took 4 Aleve about 9:30 last night, but it didn't seem to ease me at all. I won't do that again, I went back to taking 2 Aleve every 4 to 5 hours during the day..
