I hope you have a grand day my friend! Find something fun to do LOL! I always wanted to ride these "swings" when I was a girl, but I get bad motion sickness from going around in circles...even with medicine 

It is going to be a hot Monday and a hot week for us.  I hope you will find a way to stay cool.  

Maybe you can take a ride in a Hot Air Balloon or catch a ride with a butterfly!  

The birds up in the tree seem to have a nice breeze to keep them cooler.  

When we were younger, it was fun to climb trees.  Hang on for your life now!  

By the time you get up there, you might have to take a nap.  Then you might be able to get back down. 

But whatever you do today, do it with a smile on your face.

we had a nice visit with my step daughter, she's on her back home to OK now...her hubby didn't get to come with her this trip.
Today is the longest day and shortest night of the year, it's all down hill to fall starting tomorrow! LOL!
