I hope you are having wonderful Wednesday! Yes, grandchildren are a blessing! My oldest grandson will be 12 in a couple months, then I have an 8 and 6 year old grandsons. My only granddaughter is also 6. My oldest grandson and granddaughter live out of state and haven't seen them in 2 years. Thankfully we skype now and then. My oldest daughter and 2 grandsons live just 4 miles from me. I love that. The crock pot is so handy and I love to make homemade soups, so yummy! Have a great afternoon.

l am loving the sound of your turkey sausage with peppers and onions Donna.   l have a crock pot too but l really do not use it as much as l should.  l think l will have to experiment a little bit more.  l hope the rain did stay of on your day of work and that the sun peeked out too :-)

Oh your crock pot dinner sounds delicious!  I probably have some venison sausage I could use to do that.  Thanks Donna!  

The first Wednesday of May has arrived.   The sun is trying to break through the clouds!  

Mom is still drinking coffee so come on let's get our own breakfast.  It is wonderful to have smart friends to help.
