Sometimes people come into your life and you know right away that they were meant to be there, to serve some sort of purpose, teach you a lesson, or to help you figure out who you are or who you want to become. You never know who these people may be (possibly your roommate, neighbor, coworker, longlost friend, lover, or even a complete stranger) but when you lock eyes with them, you know at that very moment that they will affect your life in some profound way.
And sometimes things happen to you that may seem horrible, painful, and unfair at first, but in reflection you find that without overcoming those obstacles you would have never realized your potential, strength, willpower, or heart.
Everything happens for a reason. Nothing happens by chance or by means of luck. Illness, injury, love, lost moments of true greatness, and sheer stupidity all occur to test the limits of your soul. Without these small tests, whatever they may be, life would be like a smoothly paved, straight, flat road to nowhere. It would be safe and comfortable, but dull and utterly pointless.
June, I believe I was suppose to have a different vehicle. But when you figure the pipe from the raditaor to the heating system, 1,500 and then the other problem, which they could not fix until the first was fixed that is when it starts costing. So I believe I was suppose to have a different vehiche the 2001 Jeep Cheroke Limited. So I am blessed and happy with it. Bro. Doc

June, here is the story on the van, a metal pipe that goes from the radiator to the heater, started leaking, and in order to do anything else they were going to have to fix it first, that would have been my cost, and then to see if what they fixed in Oct was their fault they would do next. So if it was going to cost me what they thought haves 5 to 6 thousand dollars. So here is what happened Oliver one of car salesmen had two vehicles when I came to see about the van. We looked at a Buick which was nice 2011 for 11,000 as it was the top of the line. That would not have been in my price field. So he had a gray bluer 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee, which was very nice and looked nice and well kept with 128,000 miles and with everything 7,388, and that is what I could afford so that is what I got. It is a V8 and gets 18-19 in town and 20-21 on the open road. And they gave me 500 for a car that no one could by until it was fixed. Guaranty is only 2 to 3 blocks from where I live. So they treated me right and I got something nice for not a lot of money so. This now what I have. So it did cost me, and I went down 8 years in vehicles, but it is a very nice vehicle. Bro. Doc
Welcome Spring..hey June..a bit cooler today. Rain has held off for now. Looks like our grass had grown by leaps over the last week. We might be cutting it this weekend. Our neighbors next door had theirs cut Monday. Been a lazy day, but I got meatloaf prepped for supper. Hubby will eat potatos with his, me, just a salad and green beans.
Good afternoon ..It is snowing here...Its so wet out that it isn't sticking but none the less...first day of spring and we have snow..lol..Hope your day has been good so far..Hugs
Happy Spring! If these were in my yard, there wouldn't be a leaf on them. The wind is terrible.
I hope to hear something about my computer tomorrow. We will see.
If you read the bulletins posted, you know I was in the hospital. I went to the ER Sunday morning. On Monday afternoon, I had a pacemaker put in. Happy St. Patty's day to me. I want you to know that I had almost NO symptoms. My Apple Watch told me 3 times early Sunday morning that my heart rate dropped below 40 beats for over 10 minutes.
I got home Tuesday afternoon. I am doing fine. Wednesday I spent getting things caught up like paying bills, going through mail, and getting the APP for the pacemaker finally set up.
I hope this is Thursday and I get it sent to each of you. Thank you for the prayers and love that you have shown. I am working on getting strength built back up. I hope some time soon to be able to send my daily emails/posts.
Once there was a wise old owl who lived in a tree. One day, a storm blew down the tree, but the owl remained unharmed. The moral: true strength lies not in outward appearances, but in inner resilience.

Hello, good morning, and have a great start to Thursday.
I'm not in a good mood, but I'm taking advantage of stopping by your home and sending you the best for another day. The days are getting warmer, but the best thing is to start with a beautiful smile and a good mood. End your day well, and have sweet dreams.
