Not really in this but I AM leaving for vacation on Sept 6 , so you won’t have me to kick around. I still have to do dialysis in Minn and Wisc so hopefully I can check in there. To all my USA friends, Happy Labor Day weekend!!!
Good Summer Evening June, until the 22nd of Sept. Here it was 93 today and warm. But before you know it Fall will be here and then then winter and we will wish it was still summer. They say on Labor Day about 78 so that will not be so bad. Have a great day tomorrow my friend. Bro. Doc

just went to the stop and shop and dunkins for coffee.
Even in Portland, where there are many schools they all start the same week, and end the same week, which is the first week of Sept, right after Labor Day. The reason being is, what if you have three kids going to three different schools and they all started at different times? That would meanyour vacation time would not start if going somewhere you couldn't go together. So for the most part all Public Schools in the State of Oregon start the 3rd & 4th of Sept. We have one city in Eastern Oregon, where the children live so far from the school that they live in a dorm during school year. To be 97 today and by Labor Day 79. Take Care June. Bro. Doc

What I do not understand June is why School doesn't start until Sept when it is cooler and not in Summer. Lots of school started the middle of Aug in the east and midwest. Here when we start in Sept after Labor day we don't need lots of A/C in the class rooms. Take Car. Bro. Doc

Good Evening June, a nice perfect day of 78, tomorrow they say 93. I had a Minister's Meeting today and they served cheese burgers, lettus, tomatoes, big buns, and whipped salad which I think they called Ambrose salda which one of the Assembly cookds made. They had chips and snapple and water and pumpkin pie, they did not made. We do this every last Wednesday of the month which is normally the 4th. This is all the Ministers in Junction City and Religious Workers we are together from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 pm. My tomoatoes seem to be taking a while to get ripe but I hope they do hurry. Right after Labor day the 3rd & 4th School starts here and then we all will have to look out for the kids on the street. Have a good evening and take care. Bro. Doc
