I finally got me a set of 3 lb hand weights and a few resistance bands today Greg! I am planning on starting to use them tomorrow, or maybe Monday...LOL! I hope you enjoy the weekend, my friend!
I planted a cutting from the neighbor's dogwood tree earlier today. Lots of new growth is coming off at the bottom of their tree. I've always wanted a dogwood tree. I may have to move it off the front steps, as we get full sun in the afternoon. Praying it lives.
