I’ve started taking St. John's wort again (just as I did after Pilou died) to help me feel a little less sad and hopeless following the passing of my beloved cat, Pompon.
St. John's wort has a way of making me more or less "indifferent" to everything around me...

I hope you have a wonderful day Caroline! It's going to be hot and humid here the rest of this week and all next week...it's draining me..our yard it dead, despite us trying to keep it watered...we had to give it up, watering wasn't helping one little bit.
