I finally got me a set of 3 lb hand weights and a few resistance bands today Caroline! I am planning on starting to use them tomorrow, or maybe Monday...LOL!  I hope you enjoy the weekend, my friend!

Hi, Pix...  glad you had a good day, enjoying the sunshine and music.  We also had sunshine with cool tem temperatures in the low 50s.... seasonal.  I went to a theater for a movie... "The Hail Mary Project."  It was good... entertaining.... Ryan Gosling....  science fiction/adventure.... reminded me of a mix between "2001: A Space Odyssey" and "E.T."!   Fun.
