I am, but our snowiest month is not till March, but if we don’t get the winter moisture, all the trees dry out in the summer and we have terrible wild fires, so bring it on.
The horse, the noblest, bravest, proudest, most courageous and certainly the most perverse and infuriating animal that humans ever domesticated. Have a wonderful rest of your day. Hugzzz, Maria xo
* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 7 PM EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions will likely impact the Friday evening commute. Gusty
winds may bring down snow covered tree branches resulting in
scattered power outages. Blowing snow may reduce visibilities to
below one mile at times.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Moderate to heavy wet snow is expected this
afternoon and evening. Peak snowfall rates of up to one inch
per hour are possible before snow changes over to rain as
temperatures rise into the mid 30s this evening. Very strong
winds are expected late tonight into Saturday with gusts of up
to 50 mph as arctic air filters in behind the system sending
wind chill values close to zero. This will cause any residual
moisture on roadways to freeze tonight, and additional snow
showers will contribute to slick conditions through Saturday.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Slow down and use caution while traveling.
Yep..We are gonna get hit today & tomarrow..Not a FAN
