caregiving situation where everything

goes according to plan.

You do the best you can with what you have.

And you know what? That’s enough.”

“Life here is short, and regret lasts forever.

Perhaps happiness is now, happiness for a moment,

is all we truly get. Eternal happiness

I knew that sometimes

a little fear can be a good thing.

When you fear things will get

worse if you don't do something,

it can motivate you to act.

But it's not good when fear prevents

you from doing anything.

~ Spencer Johnson ~

"The world is indeed full of perils,

and in it there are many dark places;

but there is still much beauty, and though in

all lands love is now mingled

with sorrow, perhaps it grows even more."

~ J.R.R. Tolkien ~

"It is interesting to observe that where life

is simple and natural, and where children

participate in the lives of adults,

they are calm and happy."

~ Maria Montessori ~

“The greatest tool of injustice is fear.

People use fear to control.

They use silence to protect power.

They use ignorance to ensure obedience.”

To be truly happy, we must be grateful for what we have,

instead of constantly striving for what we don't.”
