Bobby thank you so much for the beautiful rose.  Cutting out caffeine and sugar is good.  l like sweet things but l avoid them as much as l can.  l am doing great at the moment.  Looking forward to the weekend ahead.   Hope yours is a good one.

Good morning Bobby, Happy Friday! Hugs from me. :)

hello Bobby! we ended up with an inch and a half of rainfall yesterday, over several hours, so a good slow rain, which we needed so badly, it's been way back in June (IF I remember right) since we had a little bit of rain. Nothing for today, going to hit around 103 for a high though. Looks like we'll be having those temps a lttle longer. I go to the stores and all the warm clothes for winter are out...it's hard to think I should buy something for COLD weather when it's still in the 100's here! LOL! I hope you enjoy the weekend ahead!
