I kind of happy that oven don`t work by me lol i have just two thin slices See Beautiful day today Tomorrow ill go store shopping.I have just 1 frozen slce left.I hear it calling my name I got the picture deal figured out for sure.don`t f forget i wasn`t using these sites i was getting pictures off a seach engineI can`t tell you the number of times my coffee turns cold because im so into what im doing .I do like for it to last me some cause two is the limit for me. Hi Melinda! oh yes, we do have a fireplace, my husband loves to use it...especially when the temps dropped down to the 50's, he's about to turn 79 and doesn't mind piling in the wood, stacking more wood, the cleaning out the ashes and all that stuff...I'm thinking it's still not cold enough, in the house for a fire...he keeps the heat and the AC both set at 78/79 all year...he's going to be one of those people that will have the house in the 90's before he's comfortable...I'll be over heated all the time...I have to wear shorts and tank tops in here most of the time now.
My birthday is April 6. This coming yr the big 65! I used to wish I were born in Oct or Nov I love autumn so much & opals & citrines are my fav gems. Diamonds--blah.
No dips on the buffet though I usually do have some. Besides the chicken & pork, I had red potatoes mashed with the skins on & added smoked butter, sour cream, milk garlic powder & fresh chives, creamery butter was in the butter bowl & smoked butter on the green dish, Cheescake factory brown rolls, deviled eggs, cheese cubes & crackers, tomatoes & carrots, apple strudel bites, shortcake cookies. I also made little 'pies' with triangle cheese pieces. Using cream cheese I attached a triangle pita sea salt cracker on the bottom, attached a 'Chicken & a biskit' scalloped cracker as a crust & a dollop of cream cheese on the sharp cheddar & a blueberry on the white cheddar. Not seen: pecan pie & cooked apples with cinnamon.
Still getting some garden visitors & flowers. The strawberry is crazy with all its blooms. One good cold snap at night & this abundance will be stopped in its tracks. But I'm enjoying the blooms & herbs while they last. Have a great day Darlene! *ੈ✩‧₊˚
Good Morning, Melinda. After the site remodeling started, my monitor broke and I had to get a new one. My husband is now situated at home where he is getting Hospice care. I am happy it is fall, I just wish it would feel like it. The two days of rain we're forecast to get, is supposed to bring the temperatures down from the low 90s. I hope it works.
Hi Darlene! Fall is official! Shared pics of the food I served at our get-together. My hubby's finger invading the photo of the chicken & burnt ends is funny. We used to throw Oktoberfest parties for about 20 with themes like Wild West or Jolly Roger so we'd dress up. Since we had a house, we had people by a fire on the patio or in our two living rooms or in the basement bar. We are slow moving now lol Party from 3pm-7pm instead of 7pm to ? Just 8 people over, talking & eating. Put 'Sleepy Hollow' movie on for background entertainment & threw darts in the downstairs pub. It was cloudy, a little drizzly & about 60 degrees, but it was cozy indoors.

no, each puzzle is in it's own bag, with the titles on it. When we finish putting a series puzzle together, we put the pieces back into a seperate zip lock bag, and write the name of that puzzle on the front of it. That way when we donate it, they are all still in separate bags and the new owner can see which puzzle it's going to be.
LOL this is so true in Texas, we'll be in the middle 90's this week, but at least it's not 100+! I hope you have a great day Darlene, I'll be going to T.J. Maxx with my daughter soon! I'm on the hunt for smaller clothes! YAY!

I did get out all my fall and Christmas decorations to see what I still have, I gave a lot of it to my step daughter and her kids last year, and couldn't remember what I had left....still going to do some downsizing of that stuff..
The week was a blur..but we will finally see cooler temps move in on Tuesday. Looking at the extended forecast, beginning Wednesday, we will have nighttime lows in the 50’s. I’m ready to pack up summer clothes. The fall decorations have been up for almost 2 weeks now. Once cooler weather arrives, it will feel truly like Fall. Have a wonderful new week ahead.
