Uhm, I'm Lisa. Well, I'm a Christian, but whatever your religion is that’s cool with me. I understand and know a lot more than you'd expect. I'm very thoughtful. I've got some of the best friends anyone could ask for. I hate attention and drama. I also hate when all eyes are on me. I'd rather go unnoticed. I can be terribly shy, or really outgoing. I smile a lot. I rarely show my true feelings. If I can get into it, I like to read. I keep an open mind to new things. I'll try anything once. I'm non-conformist :D I wear what I please, listen to the music I want, and act like myself. I am how I am, and I'm comfortable with that. I'm sick of labels.
People are extremely unique and complex; they can not be labeled. Two people could dress the same, listen to the same type of music, and like the same things, but their personalities could be entirely different. I’ve got my own personality. I’m not gonna hide what I'm interested in just because its “nerdy†its who I am and I really don’t care what you think of me. I won't deny it. I appreciate the unique qualities in people. I like when people are just themselves, instead of trying so hard to be who they think they're supposed to be. I don't give empty compliments, I mean them. I'm very non-confrontational and hate hurting people, but if I need to, I will be straight up and say what needs to be said. I will speak my mind. I say the weirdest things sometimes, but its just me. I wont say what you want to hear, or what your expecting, or just agree with you. But I won't fight pointless stupid battles.
I'm pretty laid back and just take life as it comes. I have plans and goals for life, but if things don't go right, I can adjust easily. I'm into a bunch of random stuff. I’ll discuss just about anything with you. I have some very strong opinions about things that wont change. But they are just my opinions. I might disagree with you, but that doesn’t mean your wrong, or I'm wrong. Its all just a matter of how you view things. I wont ever force my ideas or beliefs on you. That’s stupid. But don’t expect me to change to think like you do, because I wont.
I'm tired of all the bitterness and hatred people have towards people that are different then them. We all are 110% unique; don't attempt to force someone to think, look, and act like you. Then they wouldn't be themselves and we would all be a bunch of clones - trapped in a mold that wasn't made for us. I've learned people aren't as simple as they appear to be. So much more complex. I think if we all gave some of ourselves, and began caring for other people, maybe the world wouldn't be so broken. I'm here to help. I’ll listen to you, comfort you, care about you, love you. Its what I do. Your not alone. You don't have to suffer in silence. I’ll never give artificial advice. I’ll listen to every word you have to say, and relate to you if I can. If not, I wont say I do, ill just be there if you need someone to talk to. And I will always be there if you need me. No one is meant to go through life alone. We need each other. We all like to be heard, and unfortunately most people don't take the time to listen.
I will never dismiss your feelings as unimportant, because they are important. Your opinion matters. Make your voice heard. I'm here to vent too, and I keep secrets. I'm not going to rat you out if I think it will “help you†unless you specifically ask me to tell someone. I’ll never tell you to just forget your problems and cheer up- because that doesn’t work. I’ll stay real with you- none of that fake crap. But I wont just be there when your hurting, ill be there for you when your happy too. This is my attempt at starting a riot. Changing the world. Standing up for those who won't stand up for themselves. I'm breaking the normal. Making my voice heard. If you have something to say, good. That means I've created a reaction. Things don't have to stay the way they are. We have the power to change them. Unite together and do something about it.
