My heroes are people who fight for the rights of injustice who don't just settle for things because they think it is what they are supposed to do, if something is'nt right change it, make people listen. .....................................................................................................Cherokee FryBread 1 cup flour 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking powder 3/4 cup milk Mix ingredients adding more flour if necessary to make a stiff dough. Roll out the dough on a floured board till very thin. Cut into strips 2 X 3 inches and drop in hot cooking oil. Brown on both sides. Serve hot with honey.

Currently I am taking a medical billing and coding and health insurance. I served 4 years in the military. Not afraid of change, but I do believe we should remember our roots and where we came from. I am spiritual.
