Dancing, paranormal investigating, Writing, Computers, collecting books. I am a custom cabinet maker by trade, so usually I liked to do brain surgery on the week ends

Walking by a river I spend as much time out side as possible. Doing this all my life, there is something that comes to me. I have drank the cool clean water from an underground spring then followed its stream to where it flows into another. I have canoed down some creeks, gazing on spots where these small streams join with the creek. I have fished from my boat in rivers, and floated up the mouths of a creek, that began as a spring somewhere. Here in Virginia, you can see the James river (among many others) flow into the Chesapeake Bay. I stand in amazement, at the joining of our life's blood, "water". If you travel to the Eastern Shore of VA, you could use the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel. An amazing 20 mile long bridge that just dives underwater to allow ships to pass over the roads. This is where the Bay joins with the Atlantic Ocean. Although it is hard to imagine, some of that same water I was drinking out of some spring has just passed by me. It is something to ponder on how all this water, has blended with rain water, spring water, and at the end of (this part) of its journey it blends with salt. All the while, it is the blood of our existence. We know Gold, silver, and other precious metals and materials that you can freeze, melt, blow up, mix with other components, and we never lose this coveted treasure. As I stand on that bridge, looking to the ocean, I am humbled by this substance that is way more precious than all the gold. It occurs to me that this water is almost indestructible. The Great Spirit has provided a close to perfect way to recover a clean, nourishing recycled amount of this wonderful substance. No matter how much salt is in the ocean, the sun evaporates perfectly clean water, and should send it back to us as the nourishing, life's blood we need everyday. Sadly, we have shot so many chemicals into this distillery that we cant trust the water. Yet is his wisdom, he provides ways for us to use it safely (We hope). There is a lesson, to be learned here, (a big one)! For me the lesson is that the spring water was evaporated ocean water that fell to earth with multiple purposes, some would filter into the springs, some would stop and nourish animals, that we eat, some would nourish plants, that become our produce, some would clean our bodies and our world. Each molecule can be split many ways, but no matter what its job, it is to nourish the earth. We need to become more like the drop of water. Wake up each day knowing that our existence here is to nourish our family, friends, and even our enemies. Each of us tends to have a primary purpose, from being a parent, to being some bosses' punching bag. Today so many of us want to find our Native roots, here is a great way to do that no matter what blood runs through your veins. Before The Europeans (whites), our people all had a job that made up a piece of the puzzle. No matter if you were a healer, a spiritual, or the person who scraped the hides, you were as important as the Chief. So if you are a boss, or a janitor remember! If there were no janitors, the boss might just have to do that job. So if you are in what we think of as a position of authority treat everyone like you would want to be treated. I don't mean go out for drinks, but show some respect, because your job would be a hell of a lot harder without each person doing theirs. OK I know what you are thinking, so almost everyone has a purpose, better? One more thought, even though these drops of water eventually blend, there is this. Scientist have found fresh water as far as 200 miles out into the ocean at the mouth of the Amazon River. So it isn't always easy but it can be done, it just takes a while! Times are hard, and some of us are doing things that we might not be doing in better days, learn multiple crafts, and just know it is going to be a much different world than any of us have ever experienced. Maybe not all of us, because there are older folks who remember how life was before all the conveniences, visit your Grand Parents, or someone else's, the country is full of nursing home who are full of lonely people willing to share how it was. Oh yes this is another thing No Indian nation (that I know of) had nursing homes. I got all this from sucking some cool water from the earth, why not share some of your thoughts! I hate these things, How do I tell you about me? I love to laugh, most people know I will light up the room, with laughing. I am honest to a fault, so ladies don't ask if something makes you butt look big unless you really want an answer! LOL! I have been divorced for 13 years (I think) who's counting? I have 4 kids over the age of 25 (not ready to call them grown up's, still hoping). I know what true friendship is and have a good idea that undying love exists! I love to dance, hunt for haunted places, love the sea, the mountains, and even the desert. Not much on Cities, sports, car racing, I love movies, good books, long conversations. I have rode my Harley, way before it was cool to be a biker, so that newby biker thing doesnt do much for me. I am Cherokee blooded and follow the old ways as much as I can. I hate boring so I try not to let that into my life. See I told you I hated these things
