  Hey there Rick -  Is that you giving me flowers? lol. I'm glad you got your garage done.  Now it's out of the way for now.  Yeah, I know about those nasty mosquitos.  They can carry a disease called malaria.  Lets hope the one after you was not carrying it:) Their bites sure do itch a lot.  Most flying insects are attracted to bright light.  You should see the moths that circle our porch light if it's turned on.  Do you have a porch light?

Hi there Ric. Wow! You really are having some wild weather. Those tornadoes can do a lot of damage. Whenever we get wild weather the cities get more damage with trees down in streets and hitting houses and flooding as theres nowhere for all that excess water to go quickly as the drains can’t cope also people build houses in flood risk areas even though they are warned not too. That’s why insurance premiums are so high.   Well you sure fixed those ants up. They would have all headed back underground away from your water.  Everytime I see ants busy in fine weather I know it’s a sign of rain coming as they get to work gathering and storing food.   Did you get to the store for shopping?  Have you got far to go?

I’m dog sitting my daughters fur girl for the weekend as she is off to the city to visit with her son and daughter-in-law. Right now both dogs are fast asleep.  I got a text from my neighbour this morning to say they also have gone away for the weekend returning on Monday and want me to collect their newspaper each morning.  That was a smart goose squarking to warn them that the barn was on fire. Animals will do that when anything frightens or disturbs them. Geese have a very loud noisy squark.

I’m getting to the stage where I’m over the constant dark dreery days that we have been getting these past weeks.  It’s time we had some warmer sunny days to brighten things up.  Have a nice day Ric.  Cheers. ~Pat~
