We know that it is hard to go
And leave all those who love you so.
Just know they want you free from pain
And whole of health and body again.
And that is what in Heaven you'll be
When Jesus loving face you see.
What peace to know what is to come
When the crown of life you've finally won.
You're a beautiful lady we all have loved.
Our prayers surround you as you look above.
You fought the fight with dignity
And one day again together you'll be
With all of those who stay behind
To continue on with you in mind.
The strength you taught, the love you gave,
Your witness of faith their path will pave
We wish by your side that we could kneel,
Our love and care that you could feel,
To see your sweet face, hold you in our embrace
Till our Lord lifts you up to a better place.
