Icy Lemonade
1 can (12 ounces) frozen lemonade concentrate 30 ice cubes 4 cups lemon-lime soda, chilled Place half of the lemonade concentrate and 12-15 ice cubes in a blender; add 2 cups soda. Cover and process on high until ice is crushed. Repeat. Serve immediately. Yield: 10 cups

Lemon Cooler Cookies
LEMON COOLER COOKIES 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1/3 cup sugar 1/3 cup shortening 1 egg 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1/8 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 cups cake flour 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1 tablespoon water Lemon Powdered Sugar 1 cup powdered sugar rounded 1/2 teaspoon unsweetened Kool-Aid lemonade drink mix 1. Preheat oven to 325°F. 2. Cream together sugars, shortening, egg, vanilla, and salt in a large bowl. 3. Add the flour and baking powder. Add 1 tablespoon of water and continue mixing until dough forms a ball. 4. Roll dough into 3/4-inch balls and flatten slightly onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until cookies are light brown. 5. As cookies bake combine 1 cup powdered sugar with the lemonade drink mix in a large plastic bag and shake thoroughly to mix. 6. When the cookies are removed from the oven and while they are hot, add 4 or 5 at a time to the bag and shake it until the cookies are well coated. Repeat with the remaining cookies. Makes 50-56 cookies

Grilled lemon-herb Chicken
Grilled Lemon-Herb Chicken Source:Gooseberry Patch, Our Favorite Light & Easy Recipes. Ingredients: 4 T. lemon juice 2 T. dry white wine or fat-free chicken broth 1 T. olive oil salt and lemon pepper to taste 2 T. fresh lemon thyme or rosemary, chopped 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts Whisk together all ingredients except chicken. Spray a grill or broiler pan with non-stick vegetable spray; preheat. Grill or broil chicken until juices run clear, brushing several times with lemon mixture

Lemon Carrots
Lemon Carrots 2 cups baby carrots 1/4 cup sugar 2-1/2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice 4 Tablespoons butter Boil carrots in salted water until crisp and tender. Drain. In saucepan, mix sugar, lemon juice and butter and heat to boiling. Boil 2-3 minutes or until thickened. Stir in carrots. Coat well. Serve warm. Cooking time 20 minutes. Serves: 4 - 8

Lemon Sheet Cake w/Cream cheese frosting
Lemon Sheet Cake with Cream Cheese Icing 1 box lemon cake mix 4 eggs 1 can lemon pie filling Beat together cake mix and eggs. Fold in pie filling. Pour into a greased/floured jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 for 18-20 min. Spread on icing when cake has cooled. Icing: 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup butter, softened 3 1/2-4 cups powdered sugar, sifted 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla zest of one lemon 2-3 T. half & half Beat together cream cheese and butter. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, lemon zest. Add as much half&half as needed to make a fluffy icing. This makes a thick layer of yummy icing.

Lemon-Grilled Chicken was great!
I made this for dinner tonight and my hubby loved it. The chicken was was moist and tangy. I served it with a salad and some corn on the cob. Great recipe...thanks for posting it. Arebella

Lemon Delight
Vanilla Wafers crumbled 1/2 Gallon Vanilla Ice Cream 1 sm. can frozen lemon or lime aid In a 9x13 pan, crumbel vanilla wafers to cover bottom of pan. In a large bowl empty a half gallon container of frozen lemonade or limeade. Mix with wooden spoon and pour on top of wafers and re- freeze. Garnish with slices of lemons or limes if you wish. You may drizzle raspberry syrup if wished. ~very easy!

Lemons...
Summer salad 1 lg. pkg. lemon Jello Water to dissolve as directed on pkg. Pour small amount into dish or mold. When partially set, add the following: 1/2 c. chopped cooked chicken or turkey 1 carrot, grated Sm. amt. of grated cabbage 1/2 green pepper, diced 1/2 c. diced celery (Add any leftover vegetables such as cooked peas, Limas, or green beans.) You may layer the vegetables or mix them all together and pour over set gelatin. Add rest of gelatin over top and chill until set. Unmold on lettuce, and serve with sliced tomatoes, cottage cheese and crackers. Makes a nice summer salad meal. ==================================== I stumbled across this and wondering if this sounds good?
