My favorite music is the old hymns; but I also enjoy Gospel Groups with their new songs. I like the old songs of the 60's and 70's where you could understand what they were saying.
Where I live, hearing the honking of geese flying south is a definite sign of Fall

The Bible is my favorite book to read; but I enjoy light romance stories and anything to do with the British Royal family

I play the organ and also like to paint. I also enjoy crocheting. I love gardening, but I'm afraid I can't get down on my knees to tend the gardens anymore. Thank goodness for my husband who is still able to do this
Although I don't like to see the leaves falling off the trees, I like the smell of them being burned

I am a real person - what you see is what you get. My main identity is that I am a follower of Jesus. He is #1 in my life before anything or anyone else; and I'm not ashamed or embarrassed to say that.
I am blessed to have two grown sons, two daughters-in-law and four grandchildren that bring incredible joy to my life.
 In June I celebrated 27 yrs as a breast cancer survivor. To say I am grateful for every day is an understatement

I LOVE the wind and enjoy laughter. I like people who are real - no masks. The Fall Chrysanthemums are pretty, but I still prefer the summer flowers. I enjoy just chilling with my husband.
I like a good cup of tea anytime, but there is something so soothing about it when it's getting chilly outside

My biggest turn-off is having to take my flowers out and prepare for the long winter. Another big turn off is when people use God's name in the wrong way - that hurts and offends me. I don't like some of the nasty language that people use these days.
