It's good to remember the things from when we were growing up
This painting reminds me of how my Mom used to do laundry when I was little - wringer washing machine and galvanized tubs
I used to love to pick bouquets of Lily-of-the-Valley for my Mom. The sweet smell filled the house

My favorite music is the old hymns; but I also enjoy Gospel Groups with their new songs. I like the old songs of the 60's and 70's where you could understand what they were saying.

Spring is the time when I start to plan my flowers for the year. I play the organ and also like to paint. I also like to crochet

I am a real person - what you see is what you get. My main identity is that I am a follower of Jesus. He is #1 in my life before anything or anyone else
In May I celebrate 48 years being married to the love of my life. We have two grown sons, two daughters-in-law and four precious grandchildren
 I am a 27+ year breast cancer survivor. To say I am grateful for my life is an understatement

I LOVE the wind and enjoy laughter. I like people who are real - no masks. I enjoy seeing the world come back to life in the Spring - everything from the new leaves on the trees to the flowers that are blooming or being planted. I really enjoy seeing the birds coming back to my birdhouses and starting new families.

I don't love the rain in the Spring, even though I know it is necessary. I really get offended by God's name being used in the wrong way, gossip and cruelty to people and animals
