I chose the name of OTASCO in memory of the Oklahoma based retail chain. OTASCO was short for Oklahoma Tire And Supply Company. This company specialized in the sales/service of auto parts and appliances. As the old saying goes, nothing lasts forever as OTASCO was permanently closed in 1988, however, its memory lives on in the hearts of many.
