Question: centering on my page

I first learned that in Designe my Prifile at the top i can add a background. my question, can i center a ribbon that scrolls and add pics to it? if so would i do this in the CSS box then add a code to center it?  i`v seen a couple of other pages done like this and was wondering how it was done.

 I'm not sure what you mean about adding a ribbon, if you mean to the center as a background showing in the center that has a ribbon in it and then place pictures on top . yes you can, and there is a css code to do that.
