if you don't have a code to place it there, just copy and paste it in their coment box on their page and submit it.

Most of us have Dreamies.de  or photobucket.com , Where we store our pictures that we place. They have codes there to use with your pictures.

 Also I do believe I shared this with you , you can use to copy a picture anywhere on the net and paste it in a comment or even your page in Design Profile Section .the right click shoud be image address or it might say location or image link
