I have 2 wonderful girls (ages 15 & 22). Thay are the best thing I have done in my life. Was in a bad marriage for 15 years. Finally found the strength to say " no more". Got tired of picking up the pieces from a manic depressive/alcoholic husband. Those who understand the diseases will be able to relate to the destruction they can cause. Those with the diseases will always blame others for thier ruined lives. Only they can help themselves. Taking anitdepressants and drinking alcohol does not work. Why even bother? It doesn't always take 2 to ruin a marriage. Sometimes ONE person can do it all on thier own. However, it has turned out to be the best thing I could have done for myself and my girls. It wouldn't be fair to another person to start a serious relationship at this time in my life. I lost myself somewhere in the last 15 years and I need to find myself again. I do have a friend though who is warm, caring and very understanding of my journey for self. I have come to learn that I like who I am, that I have a lot to give and that my heart is good. I look forward to the future with arms wide open.

God knows what is truth and what is lies. I stand before him without fear.
