I'm a registered nurse and assistant administrator for a 42-apartment assisted living community. I love my job, and I also love my husband of 26 years, our four children ages 24, 21, 18, and 15; our one grandson and another grandchild on the way; our five cats and one dog; and LIFE!!!

I am also a moderator for the Web's largest nursing bulletin board. I enjoy my 'second job' a lot, as it has taught me patience and a "live and let live" attitude toward people I disagree with. In addition, I write social/political commentary for the newspaper from time to time, and I love to curl up in front of the fireplace with my cats and a good book on a cold, stormy weekend.
