Hello, one more day, but the days are

  getting shorter. have a super nice,

thursday. the first step before changing

  our life is accepting our realitiy

as it is, without acceptance there can be 

  no change. to change your life on the

outside you have to change yourself on the

 inside. The moment you decide to change

it's amazing how the universe begins to help

   you,and makes available to you what

 savor the present sip by sip, as if

were a good wine, do not drink it all at once,

  nor save it to enjoy it another day.

I went back to Holland "lake" (it's more like a large pond) to start back to walking, it's been a year since I had to quit walking around the lake, due to getting a bad knee injury, then my bad left foot...I didn't push myself, just a short walk...felt good to get back out in nature, especially with the temps being in the 60's during the morning hours! I hope you enjoy your day Judy, whatever you decide to do.
