How are you ?
I'm feeling older and older....Well, yes...that's life !
Fall weather doesn't help things to make me feel better....
For the moment I'm feeling twice in my Autumn period (season ...and life )...but it could be worse !!!!!
When I awake and try to stand up ; crack !
I start walking : crack !
I sit down on the toilet : crack !
Any movement i make : crack !!! LOL
I'm an elderly cracking lady...LOL
But, let's forget about it...

Oh my, it is Caturday already! Yesterday was so busy that I lost the day completely!
The next thing I knew it was time to get up again! Lots of aspirin taken for our old bodies to move again today.
More than one mug of coffee is needed to get moving today! Am I making any sense at all?
We will get our project finished today and use tomorrow to finish the clean up and be stronger than ever!
There is always a friend or two that are willing to help when we need it.
So once again I will say thank you for your friendship and always being there as moral support. Update in pictures might show up next week!
