I think I will "chance" just one eye this Friday morning.  

Ok, it looks like the weekend is almost here so I will try to share a smile with you today.  

Oh look, the sun is up already and the flowers are blooming and the rain is long gone.  

But I really don't want to go for a walk because the roads are still wet.  I for sure don't want to have to run after you all day.  

Look, the sun is already setting and I am exhausted after playing with you all day.  Surely it is time to go to bed and say our prayers!

Evening beautiful  day low 70 went to Aldi's and coffee.,

was to meet the financial advisor but he cancelled until Wednesday.,

made Italian gravy and homemade meatballs for dinner.

my son called and said he received the ashes today of his brother.

This Thursday is another possible rainy day for most of our area.  Yesterday, my friend east of me got twice as much as we did.  My daughter NE of me got 10 times what we received.  We are thankful for every drop!  

With the blessings of rain come beautiful sites to see.  Some things just pop up and some things bloom.  So we just chillin' and going with the flow today.  

After all, look at it from someone else's point of view.  Everyone has a want or a need and it may be different from yours.  

So share your smile with others every minute of every day.  It will make your day better as well as their day.

Hello, dear friend.

Don't worry... I'm almost back on my feet!...

...still quite tired at times, but that's normal at my age, after this nasty COVID!

It's okay!! I'm getting back on my feet, lol...

I was supposed to pick up my new driver's license (which has changed its  appearance) from the town hall today, but I decided to take a nap... (laughs) but it's not going to fly away... it'll still be there next week!!

Today we had a beautiful, continuous rain for a few hours,  to the delight of my garden, and the wole nature... I'm so glad!!

My gardener is busy reinforcing the fences around my orchard...so that predators won't come and kill my poultry anymore...because on Sunday, my neighbor is going to bring me three "Indian Runner ducks" that he'll pick up at the market in a neighboring town...(I can't go so far away anymore). Luckily, I can count on him.

After all the rain we had last year, slugs are rife at my place...and that's these ducks' favorite food!!...

They'll have a feast...and I'll be rid of these slugs that are ruining my garden and my flowers...

Oh so many things to be thankful for this Wednesday.  

I am so thankful that I have already been in the backyard walking in the rain.  I didn't go out front because I didn't want anyone to report a crazy lady.  

I am grateful for Spring and all the beautiful plants and flowers that are blooming.  I did finally get the pictures on my page changed from Easter to the pictures I have taken this past week in my yard.  

We got a new zero turn mower, you will find that picture on my page of Rbt mowing.  I haven't learned to drive it yet.  I am very blessed that he already knew how to drive a skid steer and that he can mow until my driving it gets much better.  

You know how much I love the birds in my yard.  Yesterday as a hummingbird came to get a drink, one of the first pictures I put on my page, another one chased him away.  And the Blue Birds, a male & a female, are in and out of the birdhouse on the fence a hundred times a day either building a nest or already feeding their young.
