Too bad the doctor can`t put you on relief factor  to see just how good that is  my guess its probably a temporary fix 

Once  you stop taking it  the pain comes back so its not  a permanent fix.

Maybe it takes  more time .

Keep the legs elevated if possible .

Dont know what to tell you for getting cured . 

Have you tried  compression socks?  It just takes time.

I fed the squirrels today and then took a walk to Walgreens .Wanted to get some Alka seltzer. Holy moly   it was close to 10.00  for that .

Even a bottle of Tums

Im going to wait for the senior citizen discount Tuesday

Its going to get quite warm the next 3 days  . It will be close to 90 on each day . 

Washed the bathroom and kitchen floor   ,changed the bedding , made dinner and cleaned the dishes. 

Swept out in front and cleaned the stationary tub 

Has anyone who seen your podiatrist  greatly improved?  He should know.

I finished   caulking and painting .

The masking is easy but so time consuming  to get  things just right ..Painting was a snap .

Did a lot of  standing on the ladder  felt it in the calves  i much better know as i worked that tightness out.

  Most of it anyways .  

The more you get done the easier things will be down the road :)  Have a nice day Deb

Hi there. I just got home a little bit ago from seeing our son Trey and his wife Tiffany and of course the granddog Aurora. Had a good time as always but now I feel like I need a nap. I hope you are having a good day. It's another warm afternoon here. My phone showa its 84F but feels like 82F. But it feels warmer then that. We get relief from the heat on Monday, a high of 76F. You take care my friend. I'm going to work on my page. Lots of hugs

Good afternoon...enjoying much cooler temps today..high will be 73. Yesterday we hit 82. Been a lazy day here...I did make a rotel cheese dip in crock pot. How's your tooth? Hope everything goes well with your foot recovery..
