“In these divine pleasures permitted to me of walks in the July night under moon and stars, I can put my life as a fact before me and stand aloof from its honor and shame.” – Ralph Waldo Emerson ~ Continued prayers for Texas flood victims. Grace and peace friend
“Love is to the heart what the summer is to the farmer’s year—it brings to harvest all the loveliest flowers of the soul.”- Billy Graham
My second day off. Going to see a very good friend at her place of business for lunch. She has managed a bar/restaurant for 25 years come this September. She is a divorced mother putting her daughter through nursing school. She leaves tomorrow for a few days for some needed rest and relaxation with her daughter. Hope your ice tea and lunch taste as good as mine today. Jazzsinger
