Hi, Pix.  No I have not watched any TV today... tennis or otherwise.  Will watch some evening news in a while.  I hope your music practice went well. You really sent me on a time trip with your reference to the Seekers.  I did not recognize the title "The Carnival is Over," so I went to YouTube to listen... was not familiar.  "Poignant" is right.  While there, I took a trip down memory lane with a few other songs. The Seekers were most known in the States, of course, for "Georgy Girl," and to a lesser extent "I know I'll Never Find Another You."  I may have heard "Morningside Ride" once or twice... the tune was vaguely familiar. Wow, the group certainly did capture the idealism and "purity" of folk songs of the 60s!  The whole "vibe."
