Then you can have the energy to go to Yoga class with me. It's easy to follow the leader.
Please go with me and I will pick some flowers for you to enjoy. I need a partner today.
I will help you with the hard exercises and then you can encourage me too.
After class, maybe we can even take a nap together after all that fun yoga and exercise.

Evening was a nice day but as of tomorrow going into a heat wave over 90 degrees.all next week.. went for coffee today a friend came down from new hampshire was nice to see him., then went to the store to buy fruit see you tomorrow.
