Nothing real exciting. Came to Canada as an infant from London after the war, raised on the prairies. When I was a kid my mother told me, "Find a job you love and you'll never work another day in your life." Much to her chagrin I took her advice, quit school and went into the music business where I stayed for about thirty years. Finally it became more 'business' than 'music', I stopped having fun, so in '92 I retired. Have backpacked through nearly sixty countries, which is where I got my real education. About fifteen years ago I married a young lady some thirty years younger than me but rest assured, she is the adult in the family. We have never had an argument or a fight, and enjoy every day together. Love working outside in the yard but apparently I have to stay off my legs more, so I am finding stuff to do in the studio and on the computer. And for some reason, birds seem to like me, we have fifteen of them.
TURN ON'S
Music, reading, working in the garden, compassion and politeness, all animals, most people, good friends and the love of my wife.
