Hi Beth! We were without power from 6 pm. until after 9 pm last night..we are so thankful for the men that came out in this awful heat and humidity to get the power back to working as quickly as they could! Had to get this big electrical box replaced, it had burned out....I took this photo from our driveway.
We visited a friend yesterday in SC..just 20 miles south of us. He recently moved back here after living in CA for 12 years. David is currently working. We managed to get the yard cut yesterday early. It looks so much better. We might is it another friend later today..he's widowed and doesn't have much company. His wife passed away wea year we ago. The fireworks were going full force here last night in Downtown. They were so loud. I'm sure we will hear more this evening. I'm just waiting for cooler temps. Have a wonderful weekend
