Lisa, I try to get some walking done every morning, I'm out of the house by 7:30ish...to beat the heat, but these last couple of months, my foot has been making it really hard...I come home and ice it up, but it still hurts, even at night when I'm in bed, it will wake me up if I move my foot a certain way. I don't know what's going on, but hopefully the MRI will give an answer and the doctor can get me on some kind of routine, and/or medicene to help wih the healing...

Keep me posted on the results..I've had 2 MRI's in years past. Quite an experience for sure. My right hip joint (SI) has imoroved dramatically since Instarted taking collagen dsily. Discussed it with my chiropractor last week and he was glad to hear. Days like today, mits hard to get outside, but I still try to keep moving around as much as I can inside.
Good Morning Lisa, what kind of iced coffee do you get? I've been making the decaf iced coffee and freezing it in to ice cubes to use for orther iced coffee. lol. It's been sunny here so far, quite humid so probably more rain on the way later today. Have a good Thursday.
coffee was very good this morning...I needed it! Had my MRI done on my left foot earlier this morning, funny thing, while my foot was gettiing zapped, the nerves were being aggrevated by the magnet that is used in those machines...gosh it made my foot hurt so badly, and I had to be real still while the machine was on... but it's done, I'm back home watching REBA reruns, foot propped up with ice on it...it'll be a week before the results are in.. hurry up and wait! LOL!
May simple acts of kindness and unconditional love light your way today.
May remembering your magnificence quiet the inner voice of judgment today.
May small acts of self-care and self-love nourish your soul today.
May amazing grace lift your spirits and bring you a ray of hope today.
Every Day Spirit
I will be working tomorrow on Friday so I won't have time to post. But I promise to read every thing that you send to me.
On Saturday we must leave the house early, probably before 8 am. We have to be in Fort Worth before 10 am for a Memorial/Funeral/Celebration of Life. Robert's cousin, Jay, lost his wife, Judy, who died in her sleep last week. It will be a long day for us all.
For many years, Jay was in a Gospel Group, Revelation Singers, and they traveled and sang for many different churches. I know there will be beautiful music on Saturday.
So share your smile with others and make their day better as it might help them keep on keeping on.
I am starting the weekend early but know that I will be back before you know it with more giraffes and jokes and words of love for you!
I hope you have had a good day. Storms have been around for awhile and it's been knocking out my internet or making is really sloooow. That takes me back to dial-up days! Have a great night. Hugs,Rhonda
