Oh my what a windy day it was yesterday. We made a trip to Amarillo Texas yesteray. The wind was out of the north and very brisk. Getting out of the car was so cold and you had to hang on to the door handle. Thought it was bad in Amarillo,the drive back was even worse. Today isn't much better. The wind is out of the south and gusty. I don't care much for the wind. Gives me a new hairdo when you go somewhere. Enjoy your day my friend and take care.
Hello Lisa - What have you been doing lately? Well, at least you can't say, I'm waiting for spring.. You had spring, now you've been thrown into summer already.. I knew that would happen- too soon for summer.. We're warming up here, but not like you.. So far our highest temperature has been (67 or 68).. That's warm enough for me.. I'm not ready for summer.. Worst time of the year (for me), especially July and August.. You know, when May1st comes, I'd like to move ahead to October 1st, but I feel that way every year.. I don't like the time change.. Doesn't seem natural to me staying light until 9 in the summer.. We're on the 'fake' time now, Lisa! lol
Hello Lisa. March is such a volitile month, anything can happen. I'm just grateful we got an extended preview of spring. The Dogwood are in bloom. And there will be gardens to look forward to---it's time for winter go.
