The last Saturday in February is the last day of the month. Let's say goodbye to Winter Snow Storms too!
Come sit in the shade and let's watch for the Hummingbirds to arrive. We have had a beautiful week of Spring weather in the upper 70's and very low 80's.
Every Hummingbird is beautiful and so fascinating to watch. I can hardly wait to see the first one of the year.
There are so many varieties from all over the world. And they travel so far twice a year.
I have plants that were under plastic that are already blooming and waiting for these unusual creatures.
In about 5 more days, we should have rain! Wouldn't it be neat to see these tiny Blessings from God this coming week.
Hi Lisa. So pleased to learn that your hubby is recovering so well after his surgery. That must have been traumatic for you both at the time. Now hopefully you both can relax a little.
I’ve not spent a great amount of time here of late as have had a few medical problems that we are gradually bringing under control.
We really had a severe heat wave several weeks ago with daily temps hovering between 100f to 114. Not the nicest of living temps. Thankfully this past week those temps have dropped back into the 80’s to low 90’s. A monsoonal band has now settled on us bringing some much needed rain. The first decent falls since last august. The farmers are rejoicing but unfortunately not the vignerons as vintage harvest of the grapes are in full swing and this rain is heavy enough to split the berries. Once again so pleased to learn the good news re your hubby. Hugs and take care Lisa. Pat
