All is ok here   just have a little tech neck lol been writing   too much  lately so i doing exercises  and  wearing a neck  brace to keep my head up  more often .

I really been at it writing and learning   so much.Wish i had all this information when i was much younger .Its very cold here still . 

Was snowing  for a little bit

This is the lousiest winter i have ever  experienced..  Stay well Lisa.  Can`t wait till spring gets here.

Hello.   I'm still not 'here' much, due to 'real life'. so PLEASE READ MY BULLETINS!! Well, I'm finally over the bout of Sciatica. Now I 'get it': I couldn't MOVE without pain!  I'm just glad I didn't have the nausea that my husband gets--thankfully, he hasn't had a recurrence in last few years.

 we got lucky last night, and got 2" of rain! lots of wind, and lightening too, this morning its a sunny but cooler day!
