Good Afternoon. I hope you are having a nice Friday afternoon. Its been a busy one here. Went late this morning to get groceries at Walmart. Then when I got home had to get all the stuff out of my car, into the house and put away. It was a nice, cool and cloudy day when I left this morning. But on my way home and I noticed the clouds were leaving. Its 79F right now and I had to turn on the air conditioner. I'm glad its Friday as I haven't been sleeping good because I have a lovely allergy cough. When I lay down I start coughing. I have cough drops on the headboard but I don't like sucking on one when I'm trying to sleep. I had my husband stop at the Dollar General store last night and get me some generic of Delsym cough syrup. I use to take just the delsym brand name but it stopped working and now I take the generic. LOL Well enjoy your afternoon my friend. I have clothes and towels to put away. Take care.

Yes, I have heard from Gloria by text. She sounds okay and is just enjoying her moments as she always says. It sounds like summer weather you are having and summer is right around the corner. Most of my friends are not in love with summer. The heat didn't seem to bother us as much when we were younger lol. I will be enjoying it here as it's not as bad as when I lived in Florida. I hope Di is okay. One of the last times she messaged, she said her hubby was having some issues. Hope he is okay too. Take care and have a nice Friday :)
Hello Lisa - It's been unusually cool here for the last few days. Like 67 or so. We had some heavy rains and very windy conditions. Several trees were busted up in our area. Before that we had a week in the mid 80s (that's hot for me). The wind and rain obviously blew out the hot air. Thankfully, we don't get 90s too often here in the western part of Pa (we're in a mountainous area too). The eastern part of the state get 90s quite often. Good night!!
