Evening  it was cold this morning 20's., afternoon now 40's

went to lunch with a friend., Applebee's., then home., have a meeting tonight at the VFW

Good afternoon to you. We got some rain--very light rain around 6:30 last night. It smelled so good. We have better chances over the next few days for rain. Its a very windy, SSW at 24 mph and very gusty. Its 84F, not bad but I could definetly do without the wind. I have made a doctor appoinment for tomorrow morning. Just not feeling good at all. Didn't go to physical therapy this afternoon cause I just didn't feel like it. I hope you are doing good and having a nice day. After I get done on here I will be going to take a nap. Enjoy the rest of your day my friend and take care.

just got to watch nature in action in my backyard, a hawk, looks like this one, was sitting on the wooden fence, I watched it scanning the yard, flew off toward the back of our house, came back with a small snake in it's beak, then flew back up on the fence, and ate that thing while it was still wiggling around! Had a tasty breakfast and one snake gone from our backyard! 

Thursday and the weekend begins just after the moon sets again.  

Sometimes the moon can be seen just after sunrise.

Every now and then the moon can be seen in the late morning.  

Often it can be seen just before the sun sets for the day.  

In the middle of the night you might get a chance to capture a picture of an airplane going past the moon.  

But only the astronauts were lucky enough to capture this picture when they were on the dark side of the moon.
