My husband's dream
Posted On 04/27/2008 02:59:35
My husband had a dream in which he was a passenger in a plane that I was piloting. I was flying the plane really low, following a freeway and flying under the overpasses. He was amazed at how well I was maneuvering the plane in and around the cars and various obstructions along the way. He began to get a little worried and kept telling me to fly higher. He couldn't understand why I would not go higher and he started to get a little irritated with me! Well, all you dream interpreters, tell me what you make of that one!

The secret?
Posted On 12/06/2007 02:57:43

"Sir, what is the secret of your success?"
"Two words."
"What are they?"
"Right Decisions."
"And how do you make right decisions?"
"One word."
"What is that?"
"Experience."
"And How do you get experience?"
"Two words."
"And what are they?"
"Wrong decisions."

Secrets to Happiness

Secrets To Happiness

Live beneath your means.
Return everything you borrow.
Stop blaming other people.
Admit it when you make a mistake.
Give clothes not worn in three years to charity.
Do something nice and try not to get caught.
Listen more, talk less.
Take a 30 minute walk everyday.
Strive for excellence, not perfection.
Be on time.
Don't make excuses.
Don't argue.
Get organized.
Be kind to people.
Be even kinder to unkind people.
Let someone cut ahead of you in line.
Take time to be alone.
Reread a favorite book.
Cultivate good manners.
Be humble.
Realize and accept that life isn't always fair.
Know when to say something.
Know when to keep your mouth shut.
Go an entire day without criticizing anyone.
Learn from the past.
Plan for the future.
Live in the present.
Don't sweat the small stuff.
It's all small stuff.

"slow down, you move too fast..."
Posted On 10/04/2007 12:16:18
I believe that humans are loosing the ability to be in a relaxed, "present" state of being. The society that humans have created is moving too fast for us to maintain that ability. We have adapted to this rapid fire onslaught by always being in a state of hyper-readiness for what comes next. This state of hyper-readiness causes our bodies to be in a constant state of stress, the "flight or fight" mode, and release the hormone cortisol which has a very damaging effect on our bodies.

"jay leno's letter"
Posted On 06/04/2007 11:27:21
there is a letter circulating that appears to have been written by Jay Leno

according to snopes, it was not written by Him,
there is a quote by him at the end of the letter.

Osama bin Laden is NOT Sadam Hussein
Posted On 06/04/2007 10:34:53
I received a couple of bulletins lately and I wanted to throw in my two cents:

SADDAM HUSSEIN HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH 9/11

SADDAM HUSSEIN IS NOT THE SAME PERSON AS OSAMA BIN LADEN

GEORGE BUSH HAS NOT CAPTURED OSAMA BIN LADEN ( one of the bulletin writers had said that clinton did nothing to try to capture osama bin laden)

AND AS FAR AS CLINTON NOT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT TERRORISM,
PLEASE GO HERE:

IT WAS WAY TOO MUCH INFO TO COPY AND PASTE
